Baked Fillet of Fish with Roasted Cauliflower and Sautéed Beans

Ingredients:

  • Fillet of Fish of your choice
  • 4-5 Cauliflower florets
  • 100g French Beans
  • 5-6 Chopped Almonds
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Dried Italian Herb Mix (Basil, Oregano and Thyme)
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Method:

  • Marinate fish with olive oil, paprika, Italian herbs, salt and pepper.
  • Fry on a pan or Bake at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
  • Mix cauliflower with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper and chopped almonds.
  • Bake cauliflower at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
  • Sauté beans in olive oil, Italian herbs, salt and pepper until cooked.
  • Assemble, dress with Sriracha or any hot sauce, and Voila! The dish is complete✨
