Ingredients:
- Fillet of Fish of your choice
- 4-5 Cauliflower florets
- 100g French Beans
- 5-6 Chopped Almonds
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Dried Italian Herb Mix (Basil, Oregano and Thyme)
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Method:
- Marinate fish with olive oil, paprika, Italian herbs, salt and pepper.
- Fry on a pan or Bake at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
- Mix cauliflower with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper and chopped almonds.
- Bake cauliflower at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
- Sauté beans in olive oil, Italian herbs, salt and pepper until cooked.
- Assemble, dress with Sriracha or any hot sauce, and Voila! The dish is complete✨
